For Collections: Send a one-time consent request to customers for automated collections via customers’ mobile, MyKad or Business Registration number. For Payments: Similarly, you may set up AutoDebit by providing consent to your service providers.
Government
For Collections: Collect payments for tax, assessment, and other collections by send a one-time consent request to customers for automated collections via individuals MyKad or Business Registration number
How Does It Work
1 One-off Consent
Businesses send a one-off consent request via their own channel (e.g., mobile app or website) to customers. At the same time, customers approve the consent request at their respective online banking or eWallet application.
Or
Provide Consent
Customer initiates the service themselves by providing consent to merchants for DuitNow AutoDebit at the merchant’s platform or their own online banking or eWallet application.
2 AutoDebit
Businesses or Biller debit customer’s account on a recurring basis according to consent provided by their customer
